5. Customs & Documentation

Mercanone International LLP ensures smooth customs clearance by preparing and providing all necessary export documentation, including:

  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Inspection Certificates
  • Export Declaration

Customers are advised to review their local import requirements to ensure compliance with their country's customs regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the shipping method, weight, dimensions of the goods, and the destination. We offer competitive pricing, and the total cost for delivery will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation. All charges, including freight, insurance, handling, and customs fees (if applicable), will be clearly outlined in the final invoice.

7. Tracking Information

8. Damaged or Lost Goods

10. Returns & Exchanges

A. General Terms

  • Our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Mercanone International LLP. Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers are not covered by this policy.
B. Returns Policy
